Do you take care of rodents, parrots, rabbits, fish, or other exotic pets?
My drop-in services can be tailored for all animals, including freshwater and marine tank maintenance.
Are you fully insured?
I will be fully insured starting November 2026
Can you provide references?
I can provide references from other clients, as well as former places of work, on request.
Can you stop in without a meet & greet appointment?
Meet and greet appointments are strictly required for first-time clients. This ensures all pets are a good fit for my services.
What prerequisites must my animals meet?
All cats over 18 weeks must be fully vaccinated
All dogs over 18 weeks must be fully vaccinated
Pet insurance is highly recommended for all animals.
All dogs classified as dangerous or menacing are required by law to wear a suitable muzzle while going on walks (Dog Control Act 1996)
What should I do to prepare for the consultation?
It would be appreciated if you could:
Organize a person to be an emergency contact in the event you are unavailable
Prepare some high-value treats for me to feed your animal
Organize veterinary information
Create a relaxed, calm environment for your pet to meet me in
Can you provide overnight care?
I provide overnight pet care exclusively for long-term clients - By invitation only
